To get started with your product, please message us directly for activation after your purchase. Once activated, follow these steps to set up your new phone number using the Optimus 5 Dashboard.

Step 1: Access the Optimus 5 Dashboard

1. Log in to your account at https://app.optimus5.net using the credentials provided during activation.
2. For seamless access on your mobile device or tablet, download the LeadConnector app from your device’s app store:
   • For Android users: Download LeadConnector from Google Play Store
   • For iOS users: Download LeadConnector from Apple App Store

Step 2: Navigate to Settings and Phone Numbers

1. Once logged in to the Optimus 5 Dashboard, locate the Settings menu in the left-hand navigation panel and click on it.
2. In the Settings menu, select Phone Numbers to begin setting up your business phone number.

Step 3: Choose Your Business Phone Number

1. Click the Add Phone Number button.
2. Enter your desired area code to browse available numbers. You can choose a local number or select a toll-free number if preferred.
3. Review the list of available numbers and select the one that best suits your business needs.
4. Confirm your selection to add the number to your account.

• This package includes 600 bonus minutes for calls. Minutes are automatically applied to your account upon activation.
• You can manage your number’s AI voice agents, SMS capabilities, and other settings directly from the Optimus 5 Dashboard or the LeadConnector app.
